In the 1960s, Flying Service in the USA gave a second life to a small series of Grumman F7F Tigercat World War II fighters.

Transformed into water bombers, these fast, robust aircraft were used to fight forest fires, often operating in extreme conditions.

These impressive machines, piloted by daring aces, embodied the spirit of resourcefulness and bravery typical of aviation at the time.
