Shipping Your Order

Delivery is available within France and internationally.

Packages are generally shipped within 15 days after receipt of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: During the Christmas season, orders are shipped within 24–48 hours, and returns are accepted up to 30 days after the date of receipt.

Return Policy

You have 30 days to return your products either by mail or directly in-store.

How to Make a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, together with a copy of the invoice on which you have circled the returned product(s) and quantity(ies).

Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Returned items that are incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted and will not be exchanged or refunded.

Return shipping costs are entirely the Customer’s responsibility.

Barnstormer cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned packages sent by the Customer.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 20 days using the same payment method as that used for the original order.
